Welcome to Postloop, an AI-powered service that generates blog post drafts from RSS feeds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of Postloop’s platform, services, and applications ("Services"). By accessing or using Postloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Postloop is a platform that generates blog post drafts based on RSS feeds. The AI system processes the RSS feeds you provide to generate content suggestions and drafts to streamline your blogging experience.

You agree to use Postloop’s Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the content you provide via RSS feeds and any blog drafts generated by Postloop. You retain the rights to the original content in your RSS feeds, but you agree that Postloop may process and analyze this data to provide the Services.

To improve and enhance our Services, Postloop collects and uses data from your interactions, including but not limited to:

  • The RSS feeds you provide,
  • Generated blog post drafts,
  • Usage patterns,

  • Interaction data.

By using Postloop, you grant us permission to use this data for purposes including, but not limited to, service improvements, model training, evaluation, analytics, and development of new features. 5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Postloop through RSS feeds. However, by using the Services, you grant Postloop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, modify, and distribute your content for the purposes of delivering the Services, improving the quality of our AI, and developing new features.

Postloop retains ownership of any improvements made to its AI models as a result of this usage data. All intellectual property rights relating to Postloop’s platform, Services, and technology remain with Postloop.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Postloop in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations,
  • Infringes upon the rights of others,
  • Harms or exploits minors,
  • Engages in unauthorized data scraping, or
  • Disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you are violating these Terms, engaging in unlawful behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Postloop provides the Services "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postloop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Platform Data Usage

When connecting to any Third-Party Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We only use platform data as permitted by each platform's respective terms, developer agreements, and API policies.
  • We do not store platform data beyond the scope necessary to provide our Services.
  • We do not use platform data for any purposes other than those authorized by you and the respective platform.
  • You can revoke our access to any connected platform's data at any time by updating your settings or contacting us.
No Endorsement

Postloop is not endorsed by or affiliated with any Third-Party Platform providers. Any references to these platforms are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement by the respective companies. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Platform-Specific Terms

Your use of specific platform integrations may be subject to additional terms:

  • LinkedIn: Usage must comply with LinkedIn's Developer Agreement and API Terms.
  • X: Usage must comply with X's Developer Terms and API Rules.
  • Meta: Usage must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Data Removal and Access
